Mixed Starter

The food of our region is very famous because it offers a lot of mixed starters. But the most popular mixed starter is composed of a variety of cold cuts, cheese and "sottaceti" which are carrots, little onions, cucumbers and peppers in vinegar.

This dish is composed of a different kind of ham which is typical of our region, cheese, mortadella, and Hungarian salami. All is served with bread and breadsticks.
